God is raising up strong young leaders to lead a new generation into the promise land. This group of young people have picked up the mantle of Joshua and have committed themselves to being an example of the importance of living for Christ. JG believes in empowering youth with the skills and tools needed to become successful in all that they have been called to do.
JG’s target audience are youth ages 16-24 to compel them to do the work of ministry in accordance with Ephesians 4:11-13.

MISSION
JG’s mission is to raise up the next generation of youth and young adults to be genuine followers of Jesus Christ. This is done by training them to become critical thinkers and problem solvers according to biblical principles. JG’s mission is achieved by creating opportunities for service locally, nationally, and internationally.
BEHIND THE NAME
JG stands for Joshua's Generation. Joshua, also spelled Josue, Hebrew Yehoshua (“Yahweh is deliverance”), was the successor to Moses. Joshua was a fierce warrior, strong leader, and a faithful steward of God’s word. Joshua was charged with leading a new generation of people into the promise land. His belief in God’s word made him an effective leader as he led Israel in a seven-year battle to take the land that God had promised them.
