Antioch Global Worship Center is a Spirit-led, activation-focused church that trains and sends believers into Kingdom assignments. While we uphold church ordinances like baptism, communion, and small group fellowship, we function as a hub—not a traditional church. Some stay to lead. Others are equipped and sent. All are transformed.

While we value and preserve the foundational aspects of the New Testament Church, Antioch Global Worship Center is intentionally structured as a “hub church”—a spiritual base that prioritizes:

We do not build around internal ministries but around Kingdom departments that reflect functional leadership—education, outreach, worship, media, intercession, and more.

We exist to develop leaders, not maintain membership. Every person is seen as a Kingdom agent in training.
✅ Global Thinking Over Local Containment
Our impact is not confined to four walls. Like Paul and Barnabas in Acts 13:3, we fast, pray, and send
OUR MISSION
AGWC’s goal is not to build a building but to build a people. Our mission is to educate and empower future leaders of the church by providing Christ-centered, biblically grounded education. Through rigorous academic programs, spiritual mentorship, and hands-on ministry experience, we equip students with the theological knowledge, leadership skills, and spiritual maturity needed to serve and lead effectively in the church. Our goal is to inspire and develop leaders who will build up the body of Christ and advance the mission of the church globally.
OUR VISION
Antioch Global Worship Center exists to host the presence of God through worship, prayer, and teaching, while equipping and activating believers for Kingdom service.
We honor the core ordinances of the Church—baptism, communion, and discipleship—while functioning as a spiritual launchpad for apostolic leadership, community transformation, and global impact.
As the flagship church plant of the Antioch Global Hub, our mission is not to gather for permanence but to gather for purpose.
Whether members stay to help lead or pass through for activation and release, each person is discipled and aligned with their divine assignment.
Core Leadership Team
Role: Church Oversight & Departmental Leadership

The Core Leadership Team is the operational and spiritual leadership team of Antioch Global Worship Center. This team includes those who lead and serve within the local church structure.
​
Unlike traditional churches with multiple ministries, Antioch Global Worship Center uses departments, each led by a core leader. This ensures accountability, clarity of purpose, and efficiency within an apostolic framework.
​
Some team members may also serve in dual roles, participating in both the Core Leadership Team and Executive Branch when their area of influence spans both worship and institutional functions (e.g., a Director who also leads evangelism and training).
ORGANIZATIONAL GOAL
Our goal is to serve as a hub church—a catalytic center where worship, Word, and apostolic activation converge to produce mature believers who are:

Spiritually rooted in biblical truth.

Aligned with their calling and gifts.

Empowered to serve in Kingdom assignments across ministry, marketplace, education, and culture.
To accomplish this, we:

Uphold the sacred ordinances of the Church through consistent communion, water baptism, prayer, and small group discipleship.

Organize functionally through departments and department leaders, not traditional ministry silos—reflecting our focus on structure, responsibility, and shared leadership.

Equip through teaching, impartation, and activation, helping believers discern their gifts and callings (Romans 12:6–8, 1 Corinthians 12).

Train and send, just like the Antioch model (Acts 13), releasing apostles, prophets, intercessors, evangelists, educators, entrepreneurs, and pastors to fulfill their assignments inside and outside the local assembly.
