Bachelor of Ministry (B.MIN) in Biblical Studies

This two-year undergraduate religious degree program is designed to provide students with a comprehensive and in-depth study of Scripture through the AGU Literacy, Leadership, and Legacy Formation Framework. The curriculum is structured to build a strong biblical and theological foundation through the study of biblical history, Old and New Testament surveys, Christian doctrine, discipleship principles, and sound methods of biblical

interpretation.

 

Students will develop the knowledge, spiritual understanding, and critical thinking skills necessary to accurately interpret, effectively communicate, and practically apply the Word of God within ministry, leadership, and everyday life. Emphasis is placed on biblical literacy, spiritual formation, ethical leadership, and the ability to teach and defend biblical truth with clarity, wisdom, and integrity.

 

This program prepares students for effective ministry service, leadership development, discipleship, teaching roles, and continued theological or ministry education.

 

Admission into the program requires the successful completion of an associate degree, equivalent undergraduate study, or approved foundational preparatory coursework as determined by the University.

Bachelor of Ministry (B.MIN) in Church Administrative Leadership

This two-year undergraduate religious degree program is designed to equip students with the leadership, organizational, and operational skills necessary to effectively support and manage churches, ministries, and faith-based organizations through the AGU Literacy, Leadership, and Legacy Formation Framework.

 

Church administration is the practice of providing structured leadership, organizational oversight, and operational stewardship that allows ministry vision, mission, and programs to function with excellence, order, and sustainability. This program emphasizes the development of effective systems, strategic planning, communication, team coordination, stewardship, accountability, and leadership support within ministry environments.

 

Students will gain practical knowledge in ministry operations, organizational leadership, church finance, program development, administration, team management, leadership ethics, and strategic planning while also strengthening their biblical foundation and spiritual leadership capacity.

 

The program prepares students to serve effectively in administrative and leadership roles within churches, ministries, nonprofits, educational programs, and other faith-based organizations where strong leadership systems and operational effectiveness are essential for long-term Kingdom impact.

Bachelor of Ministry (B.MIN) in Pastoral Leadership 

The Bachelor of Ministry is a two-year undergraduate religious degree program designed to equip students with biblical knowledge, spiritual formation, leadership development, and practical ministry training for effective service within churches, ministries, faith-based organizations, and community leadership settings.

Grounded in the AGU Literacy, Leadership, and Legacy Formation Framework, this program combines theological education with hands-on leadership development, preparing students to lead with wisdom, integrity, compassion, and Kingdom purpose.

 

Students will engage in the study of servant leadership, discipleship, biblical foundations, ministry operations, organizational leadership, communication, team development, pastoral care, church administration, stewardship, and community impact.

 

This program is specifically designed for individuals who sense a calling to ministry leadership, pastoral service, teaching, discipleship, or organizational leadership within faith-based environments. Emphasis is placed not only on academic growth, but also on spiritual maturity, ethical leadership, mentorship, and practical application.

 

Admission into the program requires the successful completion of an associate degree, equivalent undergraduate study, or approved foundational preparatory coursework as determined by the University.

Master of Christian Education (1yr with Bachelor)

This track equips aspiring educators with the skills and knowledge to effectively teach and inspire students of all ages. Emphasizing both theoretical and practical techniques, students will learn to tailor their teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and developmental stages. The curriculum includes methods for creating engaging lesson plans, integrating technology in the classroom, and applying formative and summative assessments. Participants will gain expertise in fostering a learning environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and collaborative learning, preparing them to meet the needs of individual students and support their academic growth. 

Master of Ministry in Prophetic Leadership (1 year-pre-req Bachelors)

The School of the Prophets serves as the official training, development, and leadership formation arm of the Community of Prophets, created to equip emerging prophetic leaders through biblical teaching, spiritual formation, mentorship, and practical activation. Rooted in Scripture and guided by seasoned prophetic voices, the School is designed to develop prophets who are spiritually mature, biblically grounded, ethically responsible, and aligned with Kingdom purpose.

More than a place of prophetic expression, the School of the Prophets is an environment of refinement, discipleship, accountability, and preparation. Students are trained not only to hear and communicate the voice of God, but also to develop the character, wisdom, discernment, and leadership capacity necessary to steward the prophetic calling with integrity and humility.

Through the AGU Literacy, Leadership, and Legacy Formation Framework, students are equipped to understand the prophetic office within the context of leadership, discipleship, intercession, spiritual oversight, and community transformation. Emphasis is placed on biblical accuracy, prophetic ethics, spiritual discernment, mentorship, prayer, and the responsibility of prophetic leadership within today’s church and global culture.

Our mission is to raise and develop a generation of prophets who can effectively lead, equip, intercede, disciple, and influence their communities while remaining spiritually accountable and firmly rooted in biblical truth. Upon completion, affirmed prophetic leaders continue their growth and connection through the Community of Prophets, a network committed to ongoing mentorship, leadership development, collaboration, and lifelong spiritual growth.

Note: Affirmation is based on several factors such as readiness, character, your spiritual walk and church alignment.  You must be aligned with a local ministry for accountability.  Students will be advised by instructor if approved for affirmation.

Master of Practical Theology (1 year-

pre-req Bachelors)

The Master of Practical Theology is designed for students who wish to deepen their knowledge in various areas of theology to enhance their vocation or ministry. These areas include but are not limited to: Biblical Studies, History and Interpretation of Christianity, Christianity and Culture or Church and Ministry.

The program offers students the opportunity to broaden their education to gain greater expertise in an area of ministry or study.

Through their study for a Master of Theology degree, students will gain:

• Knowledge in theologies experienced in ministry.

• Proficiency in the analysis of a particular area of religious and theological knowledge or practice.

• The ability to produce a substantial, summative research project that reflects knowledge of and serious engagement with the present state of the question addressed, supported by appropriate use of primary and secondary sources.

Doctor of Ministry (D.MIN) (2 years-pre-req Masters)

 

This concentration is designed for ministry visionaries, founders, educators, and faith-based entrepreneurs seeking to launch, develop, and sustain faith-based businesses, Bible colleges, training centers, nonprofits, and leadership development initiatives.

​

Students are equipped with practical and strategic training in organizational development, organizational systems, team building, business operations, business strategy, and sustainable growth. This concentration emphasizes transforming vision into structure and calling into lasting Kingdom impact.

​

Rather than viewing ministry solely through preaching or administration, the program approaches ministry entrepreneurship as the intentional development of healthy systems, educational environments, leadership pipelines, and community-centered initiatives that equip and empower others.

Graduates will be prepared to confidently establish and oversee faith-based organizations and leadership initiatives with clarity, structure, innovation, integrity, and Kingdom purpose.

Doctor of Ministry in Apostolic Leadership (D.A.L) (2 years-pre-req Masters)

 

The Doctor of Apostolic Leadership is an advanced doctoral program designed to equip and develop 21st-century apostolic leaders as builders, visionary leaders, spiritual overseers, mentors, and Kingdom strategists. Rooted in the AGU Literacy, Leadership, and Legacy Formation Framework, this program prepares leaders to establish, strengthen, govern, and develop ministries, churches, fellowships, training centers, and faith-based organizations with biblical integrity and long-term sustainability.

Recognizing the growing need for spiritually mature and organizationally effective leadership within today’s church and global ministry landscape, this program combines theological grounding, leadership formation, discipleship strategy, organizational systems, and practical ministry development. Students are challenged to think beyond traditional ministry models and develop the capacity to build healthy leadership cultures, reproduce leaders, and create lasting Kingdom impact across generations.

Students will explore biblical models of apostolic leadership, spiritual oversight, leadership development, mentorship, governance, ministry structure, prayer, and Kingdom advancement strategies. Emphasis is placed on ethical leadership, spiritual maturity, global relevance, practical application, and sustainable Kingdom influence.

Graduates of the Doctor of Apostolic Leadership program will be equipped to lead with wisdom, establish and oversee ministry initiatives, develop leadership pipelines, mentor emerging leaders, and effectively advance the mission of the Kingdom of God within both ministry and community contexts.

Doctor of Theology & Apologetics 

(2 years-pre-req Masters)

 

This program is designed to provide students with a deeper understanding of Scripture, biblical theology, and Christian leadership while equipping them with the knowledge, critical thinking skills, and spiritual foundation necessary to effectively articulate and defend their faith.

​

Through rigorous academic study, research, and practical application, students will demonstrate advanced achievement in biblical scholarship, leadership development, and theological understanding. As a culminating requirement, students must complete a 100–150-page doctoral dissertation that reflects original research, biblical analysis, and practical ministry relevance. Students will also be required to successfully present and defend their dissertation before a doctoral review panel.

Curriculum That Holds™

 

This 10-month teacher training certification for educators in non-public schools that focuses on enhancing pedagogy to support coherent curriculum design. Grounded in The Teaching Spirit, the program equips educators to align teaching practice with curriculum architecture, protect human capacity, and sustain rigorous, culturally grounded learning over time. Certification is portfolio-based and awarded through demonstrated application.
